Day One: THE FRUIT DAY

Fruit: Eat all of the fruit you want sorry but no bananas. Eat only your soup and the fruit for today. For drinks you can have unsweetened teas, cranberry juice, lemon tea and water.

Day Two: veggie day

Vegetables: fulfill your hunger by eating all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Day Four: milk and bananas

Remember how we asked you to avoid banana on the first day well today we want you to fill your stomach with bananas and milk. You can eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of milk as long as it is skimmed milk, along with your soup. This day will lessen your desire for sweets.

Day Five:

Beef And Tomatoes: Ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once this day.

Day Six:

Beef and Vegetables: Eat as much beef and vegetables you can on this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks as per your wish with leafy green vegetables. You will want to gorge on a potato or starchy items but please stay away. Do not miss a chance to eat your soup at least once.

Day Seven:

Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables. Keep your stomach filled for your own benefit and stay away from all sweet eating desires. Be sure to eat your soup at least once this day.
