The Brazilian B*tt Lift Exercise



Hello viewers, today we are sharing Brazilian exercise for b*tt lift. Follow these four simple steps for a better b*tt.

1 Squat

Start with 20 full squats. Squats until your legs are 90% apart. Keep your chest and back flat.

2 Toe Taps

Lie on ground and lift your leg to table top position. Now pull your abs muscles toward your spine. Then tap your right heel on ground, then left. Repeat 20 times.

3 Back Kick

Come down to your fours. Kick your right foot back and up. Repeat same with left leg. Repeat 10 times.

4 Squat Hold

Go back to squat position and hold for 30 second in this position.
